It might be because we only use the simplest natural ingredients. Just flour, water, salt and a variety of handcrafted starters give our breads a very special and rich flavour. Each loaf is gently shaped, given lots of time to rise and primarily baked in stone-deck ovens to create exceptionally flavourful breads with a wonderfully crisp crust.
